You can make a copy of an existing board file and save it under a different file name. For example, you might want to save a new copy if you are creating a new board that is a variation of an existing board and want to retain the original design in case you want to revert to it later.
To save an existing file under a different name:
- Choose File | Save As.... A dialog box appears.
- In Save in choose the folder where you want to save your new file.
- In File Name type the new file name.
- Click Save.
